LOVE the Telecaster! To lighten the load on my back, I sold my two heavy guitars and purchased two lighter weight replacements: A PRS NF53 and a Myles Kennedy signature model (PRS Teles). One weighs 6 lbs, the other 6.75 lbs. So those have inspired a bunch of things for me. Love your 78!
I've yet to play one of the NF53s or any of their variants. Would love to! My local shop doesn't carry a lot of PRS. They always have a Silver Sky in there (makes sense because of their popularity) but that's about it.
@@GoodTonesandCoffee Your local shop not having one is pretty typical. The nearest to me has been minimum 2-hr drive each way-- and when I was ready to make the purchase, both shops were out of stock and now word on when they'd get replacements. One reason I suspect is that the PRS webpage categorizes these under "Speciality", so maybe they're making a limited batch each year? As far as I can tell, neither model seems to have made a big splash, so maybe these will be a bit harder to come by...?
Always had a soft spot for 60s fiesta red strat with mint guard. I’ll never be able to afford that, but a boy can dream 😂. Love the tele. I’d play that all day.
I've always found odd the look of the pickguard on telecasters deluxe, the way it stops before reaching the horn, but this one is beautiful, also it sounds awesome! Keep up with the channel!
I was the same way with acoustic I've played guitar for like almost 30 years and only really played acoustic. So I've started my electric journey recently because I see my wife and I's duo going in a more electric direction. We have matching Deluxe's except yours is a real US 70's I have the Vintera MIM
What's your favorite vintage guitar and why?

Never thought about that before. Now that you mention it, though, it does look kind of odd. Appreciate the support 🙏
